Time Out Properties
I led the creative direction for Time Out Properties, designing logos and style guides for multiple subsidiaries to establish distinctive and competitive brand identities within the manufactured home marketing and sales industries in North Carolina. My work included strategizing and executing outdoor print advertising campaigns, researching locations, vendors, and mediums for optimal exposure, and negotiating contracts to achieve significant cost savings. I also developed event merchandise and promotional materials to boost community engagement, increasing attendance and measurable participation in city-wide campaigns.
In addition, I managed and optimized the company website, implementing search optimization techniques such as adding keywords, optimizing images, and enhancing user experience with custom illustrations, leading to a marked increase in click-through rates (CTR). My role extended to overseeing direct mail campaigns targeting over 10,000 households across five cities and producing over 30 videos for social media, television, and radio distribution to reduce outsourcing expenses and enhance marketing reach.
Key Accomplishments:
- Saved over $33K in creative production costs by handling design, storyboarding, and video production in-house.
- Improved Facebook ad campaign performance, achieving a 100% increase in CTR, 75% reduction in CPC, and over 1.2M impressions.
