As Marketing Design Manager, I led creative direction for Time Out Properties and its subsidiaries, building distinct brand identities through logos, style guides, and cohesive visual strategies. I executed outdoor print campaigns by researching prime locations, negotiating vendor contracts, and optimizing exposure while reducing costs.
I also designed event merchandise and promotional materials to boost community engagement, directly increasing attendance at local initiatives. My digital work included optimizing the company website for SEO and UX—enhancing performance through keyword integration, image optimization, and custom illustrations, resulting in a significant boost in click-through rates.
In addition, I managed direct mail campaigns targeting 10,000+ households across five cities and produced 30+ videos for social media, TV, and radio to reduce outsourcing and expand marketing reach.
